Orchard Oriole: Small oriole, black head, back, tail, and chestnut-orange shoulder patches, underparts, rump. Wings are black with single broad white bar; flight feathers have white edges. Feeds on insects, fruits, berries, nectar and flowers. Swift direct flight on rapid wing beats.

Oriental Greenfinch: Medium finch with dark gray-brown upperparts, brown underparts, yellow undertail coverts. Face, breast, rump are olive-green; cap, nape are gray. Bill is pink. Dark wings have white-edged feathers and large yellow patches. Black tail has yellow on outer feathers.

Olive-backed Pipit: Medium-sized pipit with finely streaked, olive-green upperparts. White underparts, chin, belly and undertail coverts. The sides and breast are pale brown with bold dark streaks. The eyebrow is buff-orange in front and white behind eye. The legs and feet are pink.

Orange-winged Parrot: Medium green parrot, yellow head, broad blue eyebrow. Small red-orange patch in secondary feathers while perched and in flight. Green tail has yellow to orange base in outer feathers. Hooked bill is dull yellow with a dark tip. Legs and feet are gray.

Orange-cheeked Waxbill: This Estrildid finch is mostly gray with an orange face patch, orange-red bill, brown back and wings, brick-red rump, and orange-yellow patch on the belly. It has pink-brown legs, medium length wings, and medium length rounded tail. It typically feeds on tiny grass seeds. Direct, undulating flight with rapid wing beats. The sexes are similar.

Oriental Pratincole: Small, gray-brown wader-like bird with white belly, vent, and rump. White crescent below eye, black border to white-buff throat. Long gray-brown wings, red-brown wing lining. White tail with black band, long outer tail feathers. Sexes similar, winter adult and juvenile lack red on bill and have less black on head and throat.

Oriental Plover: Small plover, white head, gray-brown on crown and back, black band separates orange-brown breast from white belly. Black, straight, medium bill. Pointed, gray-brown wings. Long, green-yellow legs and feet. Female, non-breeding male, and juvenile gray-brown above, buff edges to feathers and on face. White below and on front.

Medium, gray-brown and brown-pink bill. Medium-length wings with brown-black flight feathers. Medium-length black-gray legs and feet. Sexes similar. Juvenile more red-brown.
