See photo: Woodpecker?

Dear David and Simone,

I was going through some photos of Flickers taken in late Sept in mountain park near Denver and realized this one probably isn't one.  The shape seems right for a flicker, but the markings are all wrong. In this area Red-shafted Northern Flickers are abundant, but this is the only time I've spotted a bird with these markings. When I checked the database for Woodpeckers with yellow I found nothing resembling this. Any ideas?

Yes, it's a female Williamson's Sapsucker. And a pretty distinctive looking bird at that, though fairly hard to identify unless you see the yellow belly patch.

David
