This is another Bird seen during our Caribbean cruise. It was flying and diving next to our ferry ride from St thomas to St Johns islands.
I am pretty sure it is the Brown Booby. Thanks for help or confirmation.

Fraser, thank you for the confirmation. What other birds did you get to see in this area? I did see a lot of the Frigatebirds.

Frigate birds, Masked Boobies, Red-footed Boobies, Gulls, but nothing exotic. We went through the canal but on the way north from Colombia... we did not stop, the Boobies were seen at sea. I think that the frigate birds were on the Pacific side... that I saw.
There was a Shearwater (I think) but did not get a picture. That is all that I remember for now. Sounds like you had a great trip.

Do you think these two could be Shearwaters? They were landing in the waters near the ship while we were moving.
I didn't get to see if they dived only saw them land on top of the water.

I looked at this picture on another post and they look like Greater Shearwaters. BUT... I have reluctance in confirming this identification... only because I'm not sure.
Let me say ... ... a soft identification. I would like to get other input from birders on this.
