I just bought iBird Pro (1.8.4) for my iPod Touch G2 (8gb) and I've read that the Settings will allow me to lock a location so I won't have to reset it each time. All I find at the Settings is the three languages. How (if this version allows it) do I accomplish this?

Go to the Apple settings for the device (the gear icon on the home page). Scroll down to iBird Plus. There you will find 3 settings, one is lock location. PS You can upgrade to 2.1 and get new features plus ability to upgrade to iBird PRO.

My previous response on this topic must have gotten lost in your transition back to WhatBird, so I am responding here. As I pointed out then your solution did not work at the time you proposed it. However, it seems to work perfectly in iBird Version 5. Thank you so much for the fix, making your product even more useful.

I'm glad to hear 5.0 solved your issue.
