You got 'em all right except for number 3.

Probably way off, but is it a house sparrow?  

What kind of rooster is it?

The rooster is a Silver-Spangled Hamburg.

I have no guesses, but I wanted to comment that I am impressed by these people who can identify by just the tail. All I got were the last 3, too.

House Sparrow seemed like a pretty good guess to me...it has to at least be a sparrow of some kind right?  Song Sparrow maybe?
