Wow! It is indeed a bee-eater. From the green breast, and looking at pictures on the internet, I'm thinking it might be a Rainbow Bee-Eater. All the Little Bee-Eaters seem to have a yellow breast. They are a very beautiful family of birds. Can you provide more information? I don't know much about them.

I found a bird that's very similar to the one in your photo, and it's a European Bee Eater.
