Does anyone know of a site similar to this where I might find information to identify a bird not found in the United States? I'm trying to identify a bird found in Finland and am having some trouble finding resources.

People have posted foreign birds on here, asking for ID, so give that a try first. 

I also belong to a gardening forum that has a bird identification section with people who are involved from other parts of the world.

www.birdforum.net is international and has an ID thread like the one here.  I've gotten help there a number of times.

Try www. surfbirds.com it is a sight just like like this one but based in Europe
