First YCNH I saw was flying over a suburb in Lexington, KY in 2007. A strange sight.

These guys are abundant in the St. Lucie River behind my folks house. I get to see them all the time when I visit them. Here's my favorite shot so far. Taken near sunset...

We had a YCNH set up house with a BCNH a few years back (2011) in Greeley, Colorado. The fact that one was in Colorado at all was unusual. The fact that one apparently mated with a BCNH and actually produced eggs actually made the local news. My photo below was used in a piece on 9News in Denver at the time:

I don't know if the eggs ever produced viable BCNH/YCNH hybrid offspring.
EDIT: According to the Winter 2013-4 edition of the Colorado Bird Atlas Quarterly, the eggs did indeed hatch and produce young.
