Chipping Sparrow?

Christmas time, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada

I think he's a Chipping Sparrow but wanted confirmation just to be sure

The dark spot in the middle of the chest and rich color on the crown make it an American Tree Sparrow.

That's actually an American Tree Sparrow.  Notice the black spot on its chest.  Chipping Sparrows won't be around until spring - these guys fly south to get here.  This is their winter warm weather. :)
