ALL Black Duck

I have done some research on these all black ducks and the closest I have found is an East Indies Duck, but it is supposed to have a green shimmer to it.  Does anyone know what this one might be?

My guess is a Domestic Mallard. Liam can narrow it down.

Cayuga hen, domesticated breed of Mallard.

So a Domesticated Mallard can have a black bill?  I think that's what threw me off the most.
