White headed grackle?

I saw this today at a feeder in northeastern Oklahoma.  It was hanging around with redwinged blackbirds and is a little bigger than them.

Does anyone know what it is?  Perhaps a white headed grackle?

It's spelled leucistic (the noun for the condition is leucism.) I agree that it's a leucistic Common Grackle, first time I've seen a picture of one I think.

Correct. Leucistic Common Grackle. I've got a photo somewhere in my files, had one show up at one of my feeders once
