Sharp-Shinned or Cooper's?

The other day I had another attack at the feeders, this time successful.  What is unusual is that the hawk landed on a branch with his goodies in plain view of me and my handy dandy camera.  Although the photos aren't great, I suspect good enough for a positive ID.  My guess is a sharp-shinned Hawk based on the small apparent size of its head with respect to its body.  Can anybody help?  My location is in the west Houston suburbs.

Is it just me or does the left leg look way thicker than the right?

I think we are seeing more of the side of the left leg, and the back of the right leg. Looks like it is just the angle. And also the lighting.
