I see an Eastern Screech-Owl and a Fox Sparrow. Not positive on the first, but I was thinking Northern Shoveler?

I agree with all three of Matty's ID's.
Great shot of the Screech. Pretty cool you got it in a natural location. I got mine in a roost box in a suburban back yard.

I'm sure we could arrange that! Come to find out today the owl is a regular....I think I just got lucky with the fox sparrow though!

Man I cant seem to find a fox sparrow either.. I see many that look like they might be, but before I get the camera on them they are in the brush.. nice catch

There has been a big influx of Fox Sparrows here in the last week or two. They were my most numerous sparrow on my walk this morning. Are they more uncommon in the Northeast?

Ah, see, that's where a little 'cheating' comes into play. I played a little fox sparrow song and this guy was happy enough to jump right onto that branch and stayed there for a good 5 minutes. I think I took at least 50 pics.
