I'm in Tulsa, OK. Was out bird watching today and went to the Keystone Dam. There were 2 all white birds (there may have been a small speck of black on the tail, we weren't sure), they were on the dam itself. They looked like some type of pigeon or dove, but I can't find anything like them anywhere. I know they were not gulls. Any ideas?

Sounds to me like a white rock pigeon. If you look them up in a bird guide, you won't see all the different phenotypes - there are so many domestic breeds of pigeon that have interbred that there is enormous variation in their plumage.
Check out the Google image search for "white rock pigeon". Do any of those look like your bird?

Thank You! I hadn't thought about them just being a variation of a Rock Pigeon. That's them definitely!
