Taken on 3-6-2012 in central Washington. I'm thinking Rough-Legged Hawk, but I'm not entirely sure. Any help is appreciated, Mac.
Newest lifers: Black-crowned Night Heron, 228.

This is a prime example why, that if you are a falconer that owns a buteo, you don't stand right behind it!
