Loon??

While I was at Wenas Lake in central Washington today taking pictures of Bushtits that turned out to be Kinglets, I got a picture of this bird on the lake. I'm thinking Common Loon, but could use some help. Thanks, Mac.

Sure looks like a common loon to me too! They are regulars here in Maine...

Many of the lakes from around the 45th parallel on north host breeding pairs.... looks like it might require a road-trip for you JimBob!
