My guess: Female Pine Warbler.

Now wait for someone that actually knows what they are talking about, though.

I think it is a first year Pine Warbler. The whitish wingbars, color of the underparts, white undertail, split eyering, and black eyeline are characteristic of the Pine Warbler. This photo was taken recently in Texas?

My guess is that it is ether a Cape May Warbler (winter) or a Pine (winter).

Yes taken Gulf Coast of Texas, just east of Houston. There was a yellow throat there also if that is any help at all.

Oh yea did not hear any pine warbler songs there did hear a couple I didn't recognize. Pine warbler is one I hear every day all day at the house have had a couple round here since Dec. and they been going crazy singing for the last couple weeks.

I think there are some tricky color artifacts here, but besides that, this looks good for a drab Pine Warbler.

Maybe this will help, still has that weird pinkish tint hanging in there. Am leaning to pine warbler right now unless someone else has some thoughts on it.

Yep, a Pine Warbler, probably a first Spring female. I had a similar bird a few years ago.
