Long-billed Curlew and ...?

Hi Everyone,
Have one from the Los Angeles area two weeks ago. I think the large bird is a long-billed curlew, but I could be wrong. And I don't know the small one to the right of it. Can you help me? Thanks in advance!

The little might be a Sanderling, but I'm not at all sure.

Looks like a Western Sandpiper to me, but SPs are not my strong suit.
