My initial thought was some sort of Empidonax flycatcher, but the bill is throwing me a curve.

Is there any way to narrow down which type of Empidonax? They all look too similar to me.

It has an eyering, so I don't think it's a Traill's-type. I was thinking along the lines of Acadian or Yellow-bellied.
