Size makes me think winter wren....strong lighting making the feather patterns more difficult to distinguish

With that short, upright tail posture I'd agree.

I thought it was impersonating a Flamingo!

Thanks guys, yeah I definitely caught this shot as he was stretching as high as its tiny body could to see something. Wrens are new to me (well a lot of these birds are, really) I love their little cocked tails and funny poses.
