Looks like one to me! At my feeders, we usually see them in pairs... male and female. The female doesn't have the red-color.

Both your birds are purple finches. Notice how the red washes over the entire body, and how the streaking is very faint and diffuse on the sides of the male.

Agreed. All look like Purple Finches.

I do feel lucky to have them here. Of course, I thought they were house finches. The first day I saw the Purple Finches here this year was April 15 and they were on my tray feeder.
