I get errors when trying to view and edit my profile. All my posts require mod approval. How log will it take to get this stuff taken off so I can be fully active on this baord? I have been a member here for over a year. Did this initally happen to all the members that were inactive for a time?

No... we have spam filters that catch the 'Hit and Run' Spammers. The filters work well but the side effect is what you have experienced. Even the older members must satisfy the filters before being released to unmoderated posting, which you have now.
