I have a really hard time differentiating these, even with the field guide right in front of me. I'm leaning towards Northern for strong streaking and yellow/buffy coloration. Any help appreciated, with specific reasons even more appreciated

Northern Waterthrush- (besides lighter markings, a Louisiana would have plain white throat)
