About a year ago I sold my Leica 560mm f/6.8, thinking at the time that groceries were more important... well a few weeks ago I spotted one on a big auction website that was mounted on the Novoflex quick-focus grip. I was always a fan of the Novoflex squeeze-grip focus, not so much of the Novoflex optics. But, a Leica lens with the Novoflex mount, and a big trip coming up in July? I had to have it

Excellent photos, Doug. I myself would forego a few groceries to get shots that good!!!

Lovely work, Doug.
It's good to see one the oldies (the lens!) put to good use, in good hands.
I see the used prices are in around the Canon 400L range, so yes it's a good deal. And heck, groceries are expendable!
