This was taken a few weeks ago in SE Texas near the gulf coast. Not too clear but the bill seems small and the tail seems different from hawks. Thanks.

I think you have a White-Tailed Hawk, but I've never seen one myself so wait for further confirmation. Nice bird!

Definitely an adult White-tailed Hawk. Nice find!
