What kind of Heron?

I'm pretty sure this is a Heron. Could it be a juvenile Great Blue?

Actually an Anhinga there.

Confirm anhinga. A GB heron would have long legs.

Darter as it is called in India same as Anhinga

Actually I think Darter and Anhingas are two species. . . in the same genius though.
