Warbling Vireo is my guess.

I have no experience with either Warbling or Philadelphia, but that amount of yellow is making me think Philadelphia?

You're right Liam-- I'm switching my vote to Philadelphia Vireo. Looks much more like it.

This looks like a Warbling -- Philadelphias should have a more obvious dark eye-line, extending more in front of the eye, and apparently (according to Sibley -- I haven't noted this in the field) darker primaries. Also, Warbling is a fairly early migrant, Philadelphias are later.

Here is the only other photo I obtained before this little one flew off. I hope it helps. If it is a Philly then that will be a new lifer for me, if a Warbling then it is a huge upgrade the the quality of the photos I have of that species so either way a win/win for me.

I like Warbling Vireo over Philly vireo here.
