Hi, I hear a bird in about every park that I've always associated with an Eastern BB. I don't hear that song here but at the Cornell lab I can hear it in the background of the Eastern BB's sound file. It's the two short notes then an upward scale of notes. You can hear it in the background at the link below.
Has to be a EBB right?

Sounds more like a northern cardinal, but I'm not sure. Doesn't sound like a bluebird.

If you're referring to the song at the very end of the first recording, that sounds like a Field Sparrow.

Yup, the quiet song at the end of the first recording is a Field Sparrow. I've heard it described as sounding like a bouncing ping-pong ball - slow at first, and then faster and faster. They live in the same habitat as bluebirds, too, so it'd make sense if you're hearing them at the same time!
