I agree, Warbling. It appears that the yellow is brightest on the flanks, fading to whitish in the center of the breast. In a Philadelphia, it would be brightest in the middle of the breast.

thanks, load of warbling vireos here now, but I was hoping this was something else.. seemed to have very large eye rings
