Do you have a shot where we can see the bill profile?
Imo, it matches Sibley's illustration of the Least Flycatcher almost perfectly.

I'd agree with Least -- the primary extension is short, the head and eye appear large, the eye-ring is quite distinct, and the throat is grayish rather than yellowish.
