I think it's a Least Flycatcher? Taken today in Houston, Tx. All the same bird.

Unfortunately, I can't see the extent of the primaries in any of these shots, which makes it pretty unidentifiable. Empidonax sp. for me.

I see a white-ish throat and a big bill -- which suggests Acadian to me. A shot of the primaries would help, though.

Yeah, big bill is making me think Acadian over Yellow-bellied, but Acadians usually have "cleaner" breasts and bellies.

Yellow-bellied should have a yellowish throat, shouldn't it? (Misnamed, of course -- most of the Empies can show yellow on the belly, after all)
