Sequoyah, Ok .... 2 Id's needed. First I think is a Warbling Vireo. The second is most likely a female Orchard Oriole but could it be possibly a Hooded Oriole? Kind of out of range.

First seems very yellow underneath, but doesn't have a contrasting supercilium. I'd like more pics if you have them to rule out Philly. Second is an immature male Orchard Oriole.

Where were these taken? The second looks like a 1st year male Orchard Oriole...I'm thinking Warbling Vireo for the first, with some strange color going on due to the photo...

The oriole looks like one we saw in Texas this weekend. People on this forum confirmed juvenile orchard oriole. A female and mature male were also present, but this looks the same to me. Hopefully someone with more expertise will answer, but our first thoughts were also hooded until we saw the range

Check out Bell's Vireo for that first bird. The wing bars especially fit well.

I would have to agree with Bell's Vireo based on the wing-bars. Here is two more of another Vireo which I believe to be a Blue-headed Vireo.

These also look like Bell's. Blue-headed show conspicuous white spectacles and an obvious blue head.
