No first year male Orchard has ever been that orange, lol. The second is for sure a female Bullock's.

So is this Streaked Backed or Bullocks?Took this today just outside of Wichita Falls, TX. We have several Bullock's around and also Baltimore Orioles but this is the first of one with no black on the top of the head. Also the black on the neck is quite narrow and only goes to the eye and not beyond. No orange medium coverts. Range wise 1st year Orchard would work and matches most items. Reference OK IDs thread ... very similar bird.
