Hey all,
My wife and I saw this colorful bird on our stroll through a wetlands area outside of Lawrence KS (NE part of Kansas). Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

It's happened a couple of times. When I saw my first bay-breasted while we were camping in Maine, I was so excited! A lifer!! Then I saw another. And another. And another..... I just wanted to see something different! The same thing happened with black-throated greens in Maine. They're zoo-zee-zoo-zoo-zeeing was driving me nuts!

Haha, I think the Black-throated Green song is thoroughly cemented in my brain after being up North last week. I swear I could go crazy listening to that. ^_^ They are my favorite warbler now, though, haha.
