Hi All,
I have about a bazillion pictures of Empidonax flycatchers from a couple of days of birding in the Lower Rio Grande Valley. Trying to decide what to do with them. Should I just label them with their Genus and call it good? I have a little bit of audio that I took and have a Willow for sure, but other than that, I feel like I'd be guessing without the sound.
Is that right? Or is there some secret trick that I don't know about?
Thanks!
Flycatchers: should I bother?

Cool. Thanks, Liam. That would be great. I'm looking for an Alder for a lifer, but to me, there are about six pictures that could be it. I'll post them up sometime this afternoon!

I pretty much pretend that empids don't exist. Just look right past them. Life is easier that way.
