I think this is a Bald Eagle. We don't see a lot of them around here in Baja, oh wait! I mean Bandon, Oregon but we do see them. This bird was a mile away but maybe, just maybe we can tell FOR SURE what bird this is. Very large. At least the size of a Turkey Vulture. Flying away from the camera it did not exhibit the dihedral wing formation of a T.V. Long neck, large beak. In this photo, the bird is gliding against the prevailing wind, wings folded slightly back. Camera is a Cannon T2i with 100X400 ISL and the bird looked almost like a dot in the view-finder. Any educated guesses?
