BTW, these were all taken in Upstate NY in the last few days, along Lake Ontario.. migration is a beautiful thing... your help with ID's is much appreciated. Not sure of 1 or 2 but thinking 3 is an Eastern Phoebe or other flycatcher?

No idea on the first two, last one looks like an eastern kingbird.

I'm only seeing two photos for some reason, a Warbling Vireo and an Eastern Kingbird.
