So, what do you see on the Thrush that points to Swainson's??

I may have been a little quick to ID the thrush as Swainson's. I could also see Hermit. There seem to be buffy tones in the malar, and I see what look like buffy spectacles. Hermit wouldn't have these, but I think the photo is questionable enough that Hermit Thrush couldn't be ruled out completely. Unless of course this was out of the Hermit's range. I'm not familiar enough with the ranges of the two species, and it would depend on where exactly in Alaska this was.
