Hi - This little guy (or gal) turned up in my backyard this morning. He's been hopping around from bush to bush all day. He isn't making any noise and still has a few tufts of baby fuzz on his head.
There are a few big black crows in the nearby trees. I'm not sure if they are encouraging parents or predators!

What is he?

Thanks!

Looks like a Crow to me. Usually crows are kicked out of the nest early on and have to forage on the ground for awhile before they can fly. Because of this, many get eaten by predators.

That's kind of sad. . . but there's plenty out there!
