100% a Jaeger. I haven't seen very many, and none of my guides show the various plumages between juvenile and adult. The pointed central tail feathers say Parasitic, as does the size and the fact that it was inshore, so I'd have to say I agree with Parasitic. But recognize I'm pretty far from an expert!
