ID for this little bird?

Here is another bird I captured in Western South Dakota during the summer. I haven't a clue for this one.

It looks like a Pine Siskin to me!

My Recent Lifers: Black-billed cuckoo,Black bellied Whistling duck, Olive Sided flycatcher, Alder Flycatcher, Worm-Eating Warbler, Eurasian Wigeon, Brewer's Blackbird, Scissor Tailed Flycatcher- All seen in Indiana this year. 

My Recent FOY's: Least Bittern, Philadelphia Vireo, Golden Winged Warbler, Mourning Warbler, Yellow billed Cuckoo, Black throated Blue Warbler, Black Bellied Plover, Acadian Flycatcher.
