It is eather a Eastern Wood Pewee or maybe a eastern phoebe. Maybe a Willow Flycatcher

Did you notice if it was flicking it's tail? That is usually a good indicator of a phoebe.

The wing-bars suggest Eastern Wood-Pewee.
