Shorebird help please?

This was taken at Pacific Beach, Washington on 4-21-12. I left the Dunlin in the picture for a size comparison. With the short bill, I'm thinking plover, but I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated, Mac.

Looks like a Black-bellied Plover
