Looks like a female Common Yellowthroat

Are you sure these are the same bird??? The throat in the first is yellow and the second appears lighter.

I can see female Common Yellowthroat for #1, but #2 seems like a possible female Blackpoll... but they are tough pics.

It's a possibility these could be different birds. Though, they were taken within the time/area.

Quick guesses, for me, would be Nashville Warbler (Female,Young), or maybe a young male Pine Warbler. Any pictures of the wings?

Except for the very first; which looks like a female Common Yellowthroat to me.
