Hawk Sharp-shinned Coopers

I'm feeling fairly confident that this is a young sharp-shinned hawk. Its been visiting my yard rather frequently lately. I live in Plano, TX which is just north of Dallas. Based on the links in the fence, I estimate it to be about 10 1/2" from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet. Can't see the tail. Any thoughts?

This seems more like a Cooper's Hawk to me, and is much more likely in TX this time of year. Plus males can be quite small.

Kryptos is probably right (usually is :) ), but those legs sure look skinny to me.

The chest/belly streaking is certainly more indicative of a Cooper's. Like Kryptos said, probably a small male.
