Confirm my lifer

This is a lifer if my ID is correct.

Taken at Hunting Island State Park in SC on two different days but fairly certain it is the same bird/kind of bird. There was a whole lotta tail bobbing going on...

May 2 2012 @ 7:30pm These first two are definitely the same bird.

YEppers, agree with your conclusion. Streaked throat, brown cap differentiate it from other similar bird
