Strange Bluebird behavior

Its just so strange because even my husband commented that the bluebirds didn't poop on the side mirrors on his car, because he had just washed it and we discussed covering the mirrors with brown lunch bags until the birds had finished nesting.

Probably just a territory dispute and the resident pair lost.

It seems a bit late for them to be starting anew but I hope this time they are successful.

also, my bluebirds are incubating their second clutch right now. We have also had them nest (successfully) in the middle of July.
