You might have a Male and Female Oriole there. At first glance not sure which type though.

Edit: Looks like a pair of Orchard Orioles. The male looks pretty dark orange/brown with a dark head. Female seems to match too.

It would help if you gave your approximate location.

I think the yellow one might be a Yellow Warbler; the other one looks like some kind of oriole to me. Don't take my word for it, though; I'm not at all sure!

EDIT oops only one pic showed up for me before. Based on the second one, I take back my Yellow Warbler idea!

I hadn't thought of Orioles, probably Orchard Orioles. I did see male in the area but this look blacker from underneath and i didn't know female are yellow. Thanks!
