Taken this morning in E. TN around 8 a.m. off my back deck. Maybe a young Sparrow? Finch? No clue. Pretty though. Not in any of my bird books. Thanks!

Juvenile Mockingbird. A sparrow or finch would have a shorter, more conical bill.

Thank you both! I'm so excited to see a new bird! It stayed on that hook for just a few seconds then flew off. Haven't seen it since. Will have to look up the adults.

You've captured a lovely pose with that first one. You must be enjoying that Olympus E-PL1 M4/3 camera!

I'm in love with my camera. However... how do you know what I use?

It's in the EXIF file. I often look at EXIFs as it tells more about how an image was taken, sometimes I may be able to offer some input or at least make a more 'educated' comment.

Never mind. Figured it out myself and installed EXIF Viewer for Google Chrome.

Without getting too technical all digital photos have a 'hidden' file attached which contains information about the camera, lens, settings, and more. It can vary in several ways, but it's there nonetheless. By right-clicking (I use a PC, have no idea what Macs do!) on many photo file/images you may see 'view image EXIF data'. Variables in how the file is shown and with browsers can affect whether an EXIF file will be disclosed.
The value of the EXIF is considerable as it can help you (and others) learn from your photos with the possibility of improving.

Here's part of the EXIF file for your one image:
