What Hawk is this?

Note: this subject was completely back-lit, and was entirely in dark shadow. I used Photoshop to bring out the detail, but the color was completely lost.

My first guess would be Cooper's Hawk, but I have trouble telling some of the hawks apart.

The hawks in my area (Santa Clara County, CA) are: Norther Harrier, Sharp-shinned Hawk, Cooper's Hawk, Red-shouldered Hawk, Red-tailed Hawk

Cooper's Hawk - note the graded tail feathers.

Thanks to Photoshop. He was so dark in the original shot you couldn't tell it was a bird. Bringing out the detail/light removed all his color. Note the white feet!
